Using his comically large spoon to toss around icecream globs and opponents alike, this fighter is all about slowing down and lining up opponents for the perfect heavy hit! He can place down globs with an icy aura, slowing anyone in hitstun and imbueing his spoon with a brainfreezing effect. When an opponent is Brainfrozen, he can send them forward for followups!

A quick strike with a comically large spoon.
FTilt
A forward spoon thrust with an optional multihit spin when holding Attack.
DTilt
A combo-starting swipe with Scoop’s cone tail.
UTilt
A straight upward thrust of the spoon that covers Scoop’s entire head as a great anti-air.
FStrong
A mighty bonk that can spike offstage foes.
DStrong
A diving bodyslam that splatters Scoop on the ground! Can drop off platforms during startup for extra dragdown damage.

A double tail swipe that can combo and K.O. alike.
NSpecial
Scoop uses his icy powers to unleash Chilling Blow, frost breath that will give opponents Brainfreeze. He can also use this move on globs to keep them from melting!
FSpecial
Scoop serves up a glob of icecream, sending it in different arcs depending on the held direction. Good positioning and stacking of globs is key to his success!
DSpecia
Scoop swipes his tail up, catching opponents and globs to balance on his nose. Mostly useful for microspacing globs. Attacking will send 1 at a time from a stack, and Special or Strong will throw the entire thing.
USpecial
Scoop spins his spoon like a helicopter and takes flight! He can boost off globs for even more vertical gain, and add goopy explosion at the peak! Good glob placement turns this move into a fantastic way to K.O. off the top!
