Turret Idle Position
A mod I made after I overheard someone who wanted to make their turrets pointed away from their base when idle.
You can set what degree the turret should point to a well as an optional allowed arc it can move in.
Purely cosmetic, does not affect firing arc.
Will also work on manned turrets that will reset to a position within the defined arc when unmanned.
