Adjust Disabled Work
Lets you decide what work types will be disabled for each role when creating an ideoligion.
Safe to add or remove at any time.
When adding to a game in progress with a fixed ideo, you need to use dev mode to edit the roles.
When removing from a game in progress, disabled work will revert to default.
