[WotC] Avatar Psi Amp
Allows you to build the Avatar’s Psi Amp once you’ve completed its autopsy. The cost to build 1 of these Amps is 200 Supplies, 20 Alien Alloys & 1 Elerium Core, all of which can be edited in the config
This new Amp will grant the following:
- +60 to Psi Offense
- Soulfire damage increase (7 – 10 damage, essentially a Plasma rifle shot with higher max damage and guaranteed to hit)
- Void Rift damage increase (4 – 7 damage)
- Null Lance damage increase (10 – 15 damage)
- Mind Control (PsiOperativeMindControl) (Not normally available to Xcom soldiers, it’s toggleable in the config as it seems quite strong)
[WOTC] Extra Damage Patcher – You’ll only need this if you somehow managed to get the Dimensional Rift ability but it also fixes a lot of stuff from other well known mods. Also install this if you play with even 1 modded Psionic ability
This mod is compatible (Hopefully) with Psionics Ex Machina (PExM) if not go into the config and make sure the PExM compatibility commands are uncommented which it should be by default
BIG Disclaimer: This Amp will still use the base game’s "Psi Offense vs Will" system for the appropriate abilities (Insanity, Domination, Mind Control etc…) even when PExM is installed. If used on a soldier that does not have a Psi Offense stat, which is basically all classes except the Psi Op, the respective abilities will have low chances of succeeding. Every other ability (Soulfire, Stasis, Stasis Shield, Fuse, Null Lance, Void Rift etc…) will work fine
