Hololive – Houshou Marine’s Pirates
Adds the lewd pirate(or cosplayer?) Houshou Marine from HoloFantasy as a playable civilization, as she leads her crew across the seas in search of bounty.
UA: Marine, Set Sail! – Start with the Exploration tree opened. After discovering Navigation, Naval units become free of maintenance.
UU: Pirate Crew – Replaces the Privateer (Replaces the Ship of the Line with Enlightenment Era). Loses its Prize Ships promotion, in favor of having both Coastal Raider I and II for stronger coastal attacks.
UB: Pirate’s Cove – Replaces the Seaport (Replaces the Drydock with Enlightenment Era). +1 Production, Gold and Culture from Sea resources. +15% Naval Unit Production. Has 1 Great Work of Art or Artifact slot. More than doubles the Gold given to enemy if the city is captured.
Bingle’s Civ IV Traits, JFD’s RTP – Sovereignty, Ryoga’s Unique Cultural Influence and Pouakai’s Enlightenment Era.
