For Victoria 3 1.13.*

ITE adds additional IG traits based on country and culture.

• Japan: Intelligentsia, Rural Folk, and Armed Forces. Armed Forces get a new trait upon fall of the samurai.
• China: Landowners and Intelligentsia.
• All Confucian Countries: Devout
• Central Asian countries: Rural Folk
• Afghanistan: special Pashtunwali trait for Rural Folk.
• United States: Intelligentsia, Rural Folk, and Devout (imported from Hail, Columbia!)

ITE is designed to be highly compatible with other mods. Load this mod beneath other content mods.

• Incorporates content from Hail, Columbia! by me. Load this mod before HC, so that HC’s versions take precedence.

Overwrites events/meiji.3

Feel free to suggest new traits or changes to existing ones.
