Description:

I actually finished a mod on time so it can enter a modder pass without cheating! Business is bumin! This mod represents my absolute best attempt to make a nomadic civilization in civ. It’s trying to encourage you to not make improvements or districts! It will probably take a bit more experimentation and tuning for me to get it just right (I’m particularly concerned about the AI making too many unnecessary improvements) so, hang in there. And enjoy Bumin Khan and the Gokturks!!
