Shattered World – Every state a country – Equalized Start
This submod equalizes the basemod even further.
Difference:
– All countries start with tech "effect_starting_technology_tier_2_tech" ( like Austria)
– With literacy "effect_starting_pop_literacy_low" ( like Spain)
– With pop wealth "effect_starting_pop_wealth_medium" (like Portugal)
IMPORTANT:
1. Put this after the original mod in the load order as this is a patch mod that overwrites just a hand full of files.
2. So You still need the main mod!

If you dont like the equalized starting values you can simply find and edit all occurences in the mod files as they are now contained in a single file.
