Pawns will gain a sense of pride after crafting/sculpting/constructing a high quality thing or building a monument!! And they are also frustrated by low quality items!

For monument, all colonists will gain a 10 days +8 mood buff.
For crafting,sculpturing and constructing, mood buff is related to relative quality and work amount. Relative quality is the difference between the quality of the item and the rank of pawn’s crafting/artistic level, so that pawns can also gain a buff with normal items if their skill level is extremely low.
For example, if a pawn at level 8 (that’s in rank 2) makes a good Chain Shotgun (rank 3), the relative quality is 3 – 2 = 1, and the pawn will gain a one day +4 mood buff. The higher relative quality is, the higher and longer the buff is.
You can change the minimum relative quality of mood buff in mod setting.
