Description:

Do you hear the lilies speak?

Please read the "Known Flaws" section at the bottom of the description. There are fixes to some mod conflicts that you should probably be aware of.

Introduces the White Priestess class and her selection of trinkets into the game. This mod’s content is based off of Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights.

This mod has content for DLC but should not require DLC to function.

English is fully supported for this class.

The White Priestess is class that can fulfill a melee, ranged, or support role based on the skills brought into the dungeon. She will self-cure Blight on herself at the end of each turn in exchange for gaining Horror and some bonuses. Time is her ally, for her power grows with its passage, both during singular battles and over the course of a campaign.

For those of you who enjoy classes that have more growth outside of the usual Guild and Blacksmith upgrades, the White Priestess has a few additional character growth mechanics:
-Personal quirk
-The Umbral Knight is only upgradeable via Ancient Souls which have a chance of dropping when the White Priestess slays an enemy.
-A certain camping skill can give a special quirk that is negative for most characters, but may end up synergizing with your White Priestess’ kit.
-Certain trinkets will allow her quirks to evolve under certain conditions

FOR ANYONE WITH SKILLS: THE HERETIC, PRAYER, LAST RITES NOT SHOWING UP:
It seems like there’s a conflict with how The Rampart hides its 8th ability causing the 8th, 9th, 10th abilities for White Priestess to be hidden as well. Please place the White Priestess mod above the Rampart mod. If you have any other mods that edit UI, try to first place the White Priestess below them. If her second line of skills does not appear, then try raising White Priestess above the UI mods.

Version 1.7:
-Reworked all of the behind the scenes mechanics of the Last Rites in order for less buggy gameplay + allow the buffed DMG, ACC, CRIT vs enemies to be displayed correctly.
-Abyss Keeper Last Rite dodge debuff -15-> -30
-The Heretic damage vs Size 2+ fixed to function properly

-Korean localization added – thanks to 하누닭.

Notable Trinkets

There’s several trinkets that this mod introduces, but I would like to note the important sets that can alter the White Priestess’ gameplay:

Purity

A trinket set that focuses on support potential and pushing the White Priestess to a Virtuous state.

Consuming Blight

A trinket set that focuses on damage potential and pushing the White Priestess to an Afflicted state.

Legacy (Crimson Court)

A trinket set that focuses on adding Riposte and Guard potential to the White Priestess’ kit.

Please do not hesitate to comment or post in the bug report discussion board any issues. Feedback is always welcome.

Known flaws:
-Last Rite mode can be used without any charge.
Last Rite’s charge requirement is tied to the personal quirk. This personal quirk is applied after the first turn of the hero. Unfortunately, there’s no way to have the personal quirk generated before the hero’s first combat.

-Last Rite charge disappears when exiting and re-entering the save file
An unfortunate side effect of some buff types not persisting when the game closes. Some buff types do persist, but those are types that are far more likely to be in use during regular gameplay.

-There’s a weird delay after my White Priestess kills an enemy
This is due to some of the hidden size-0 monster shenanigans that occur to drop the Ancient Souls / apply the personal quirk. The upside: once you fully level the Umbral Pact for your White Priestess the mechanic will no longer proc for your White Priestess, meaning the random Disease Resisted and pause will both disappear.

-Where are my 8th, 9th, and 10th skills?
There is a mod conflict with the Rampart mod that causes the abilities to not appear in menus. Place the White Priestess mod above the Rampart mod. If you have any other mods that change how the UI displays, you might need to place the White Priestess above those as well.

-If you are using a NG+ mod that increases the HP value of all monsters, you might need a NG+ Patch mod to ensure the mechanics of this mod do not break. Below is a link to it:
