Portable Flagellant Pet
Even in death, Damian’s rotting corpse offers security and powerful boons for his allies.
This mod adds a new pet: Damian’s Corpse. When reaching Death’s Door, there is a 50% chance to be granted a Death Armor Token, which can guarantee a hero will survive a hit while at 0 HP. This can prevent those frustrating moments where a hero dies on the first Deathblow check! The Death Armor will expire when the hero is healed, so the Tokens cannot be stacked.
Once on Death’s Door, heroes gain potent offensive buffs to their damage and DOT output. It also prevents heroes from receiving Weak Tokens when hitting Death’s Door. If the hero takes a Deathblow check, there’s a small chance they may receive an extra action, granting them an opportunity either strike back or heal themselves!
Damian’s Corpse dangles from the side of the Stagecoach, flailing wildly as the wagon twists and turns.

KNOWN ISSUES:
– If this mod is enabled but the Pet is not equipped, there is still a chance Death can spawn. This will be addressed soon.
– Sometimes Death passes all of her turns. This is also being investigated.
