As this goes totally beyond what the game (and some mods) expect, expect some incompatibilities.
Known issues:
[RH2] Faction: Task Force 141 (No Military aid will come as your relationship will be higher than 100)

Original mod notes (1.2):
Relationship points with other factions is now infinity [technically, 2147483647]. For people who want to be a good neighbor with other factions or think that it should be very hard to fix the relationship with the faction as you attack their bases and harvest their people’s organs.
