Balloon Dispenser

This mod adds a ballon dispenser rec building that hands out balloons to dupes in their downtime

• New Building: Balloon Dispenser, found under Furniture/Recreation.
• Requires 250KG of refined metal.
• Unlocked with the research "Home Luxuries".
• Gives out a balloon at the cost of 2kg (mass is configurable) of ballon gas; either hydrogen or helium (found in other mods, i.e. Baator).
• Gives a less strong ballon buddy buff (+3 by default, can be changed in mod config).
• Has Selection screen that allows to individually enable/disable unlocked ballon skins and switch between random and queue based skin selection
• Can toggle between manual and piped gas delivery

This mod has integration with Varicoloured Balloons.
When Varicoloured Balloons is installed, it’s skins become available for selection in the balloon dispenser.

This mod is fully translatable!
You can find the translation template under ~DocumentsKleiOxygenNotIncludedmodsstrings_templates
The template for this mod is called "bawoonfwiend_template.pot".
If you want to have a specific translation added, you can create a translation file with that template and send it to me via GitHub.

Make sure you do NOT have the mod "Debug Console" enabled as it breaks the game’s logging and makes the log useless for fixing bugs!
