-Added 2 Modes to Trench Doctor: Do No Harm and Optimal Warfare. Do No Harm keeps his default, pacifist skill set, while Optimal Warfare exchanges immense self stress for extremely potent blight and buff abilities.
-Added more Medical Studies.
-Added several new skins.
-Added more dialog.

-A new class made with zyonmila2001, and based off their Medicinal Calamtiy skin found: here
-This class focuses on healing, high risk-reward buffing and debuffing, and high stress synergies.
-Character quest and miniboss. The shadow of the Doctor’s guilt follows him around, emboldening and corrupting ghouls. Put it to rest and abate his despair.
-Added several new evolving quirks known as Medical Studies. Study quirks each have 3 levels.
-Added 2 new diseases, PTSD and Psychosis. These are directly tied to the miniboss fight and story progression.

Miniboss:

After an explosion ripped the Trench Doctor from his world, he found himself in this one; yet, his mind and heart constantly dwell on his world: on the companions he abandoned. Triggering the Red Grim fight is done through the Trench Doctor exclusive disease: PTSD.

Disease:

Psychosis
The phantom will assault the mind of whoever slays it. This disease has 3 stages, with "Psychotic" being the 3rd stage.
The effects of the disease target the affected’s mental state, making it more likely for them to become Afflicted; however, as this becomes their preferred state, they will also be stronger during Affliction.
The disease evolves over time.

Starting at Stage 1 the affected will randomly attack their allies. The chance of this occurring drastically drops once the disease evolves to Psychotic. The disease also has several other features, but I’ll let that be a surprise.

PTSD
A Trench Doctor exclusive disease. The Doctor has a high chance of attaining this disease when pushed below 40% HP. This disease has 3 stages, labelled 1, 2, 3.
The disease reduces the Doctor’s mental stability; however, as it progresses, the negatives will be reduced and the positives will improve.
As stated above, the disease evolves through key items.
Note: All diseases are exclusive and should prevent any other disease.

Quirks:

While traveling with the Trench Doctor, you may be rewarded with a Medical Study after combat. They have a low chance to drop, but 3 are guaranteed from the final Red Grim fight.

Each quirk has 3 levels and evolves with the repeated use of the relevant Medical Study.

Survivor’s Guilt
Increases stress.
Increases Crits Received.
Decreases DODGE.
Has 20% Chance to Heal ally that gets hit.

Gaol Fever
Increases stress per enemy Human.
Increases ACC vs Human.
Increases Ranged Crit Chance.

Gas Gangrene
Increases stress.
Decreases Blight Amount Received.
Increases Healing Received while Blighted.

Trench Foot
Increases stress.
Increases Move Resist.
Increases Disease Resist.

Shellshock
Increases stress.
Increases Stun Resist.
Increases DODGE vs Ranged Attacks.

Paranoia
Increases stress.
Increases Trap Disarm Chance.
Decreases Party Surprised Chance.

Quirk evolution has unique dialog for the base game classes as well as my own modded ones.
