The development of the XM16E1, the M16A1 had several small changes compared to it’s predecessor, mostly for improved reliability and ease of use.

STATS:

-Damage->44 (3 shots in close quarters)
-Loaded ammo->20+1 / 30+1

VARIANTS:

-M16A1 [Early]-> Default variant
-M16A1 -> 30 rounds magazine
-M16A1 with XM3 -> Bipod and extended magazine, less recoil when prone but slower reloads
-M16A1 with M203 -> Underbarrel grenade launcher
