World Congress Resolution: OPEC

The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) is an organization enabling the co-operation of oil-producing countries in order to collectively influence the global oil market.

Gold: OPEC Headquarters wonder appears in the Capital. (+6 Oil resources, +6 Gold and +6 Production in the City, and +2 Gold from Engineer/Scientist/Merchant specialists in every City.)

Silver: Receive +4 Oil resources and a Great Engineer appears in the Capital.

---

Bronze: Receive +2 Oil resources and 20 Influence with all City-States.

---

Prereq Tech: Satellites.
