Each City-State Alliance unlocks a Wonder and grants a Unique Suzerainty Bonus.

Suzerainty Bonus is only in effect whilst you have an Alliance but you can keep the Wonder.
Wonder can be built by anyone having an alliance (even when already built by another Civ).
No Tech Requirements. Cost scales with Era: 125 Hammers + 100 Hammers per Era.
Cheaper to build but slightly weaker compared to regular wonders. Destroyed on Capture.
