Description:

The idea behind the mod is to replay the historical voyage of Leif Erikson. Completing the Viking Exploration Wonder that unlocks with Optics will spawn the Legendary Drakkar Longboat. You can use the Drakkar to explore oceans and discover new continents. Once you found a nice location for a City you can use Leif Erikson to clear Barbarian camps and settle a new City. Leif cannot get back to the Drakkar once disembarked!

Drakkar – Longship of the Vikings

Ranged Naval Unit, Moves 6, TechPrereq: Optics.
Special 1: Can cross Oceans.
Special 2: +50% Str vs Barbarians.
Special 3: Gains XP from Exploration.
Special 4: Can disembark Leif Erikson.

Leif Erikson – Legendary Norse Explorer

Melee Unit, Moves 3, Ignores Terrain Cost.
Special 1: +100% Str vs Barbarians.
Special 2: Heals 40 Damage on Kill.
Special 3: Can found a City on another continent.
Special 4: City starts with a Granary, Smelter, and Lighthouse.
