Description:

In the base game, you can only end the Iberian struggle if you’re in the corresponding phase, regardless of how much of Iberia you’ve conquered or want to balance things out, so this mod removes that limit.

Thanks to Ryan, I’ve also made it work with the Establish Foothold decision for Struggle Interlopers

Thanks to carlos_moka, I’ve also added the following religions as involved
Conversos, Masmudi/Almohadi, Rabbinites, Karaites, and Markabah

Now achievement compatible with 1.9!
