TABS Menu functionality is currently bugged with the Italian sub-menu (also with Kiska’s vehicle pack and Chaos Hunter’s Centauro & Freccia). I am unable to fix this, so this tank will remain in the vanilla spawn menu until a fix is implemented.
This is my first tank, I’ve only ever modified TABS tanks before this, a lot of this is new to me. This tank/s IS NOT FINISHED, and is only one model at the moment, I will be doing variants of it (WAR Kit / PSO) later, but with work and school, it may take a little bit. It has its quirks, and I am ironing them and the vehicle out, but I wanted to push it out in a useable state. Optimization of the tank isn’t done yet, as it’s still over 1,000 shapes total. Please report any and all bugs you find in the comments, thank you.
The Ariete is an Italian produced Main Battle Tank, developed by Consorzio Iveco Oto Melara. Featuring a 120mm main cannon fitted with a TURMS Fire Control System are what make the Ariete shine. It lacks heavily in armor and protection, lacking any blowout panels, and having lackluster composite arrays fit for only shaped charges. It has alright mobility, featuring a FIAT produced turbocharged V12, producing about 1300 horsepower.
When firing roof MG’s, they like to aim right for some reason, I don’t know but I’m trying to fix that. Resolved
Holding the A key will for some reason cause the tank to reverse, not sure what causes it, but again, working to fix it.
Turret basket likes to stay together after blasting into orbit, I just need to fix the vox file for it.
Invulnerable tracks Resolved
second right smoke grenade hits turret and doesn’t go anywhere Resolved
Any more bugs that are reported will be added to this list, and ones that are fixed will be removed.
