Female Dominion
This mod transforms all historical characters into females.
For random characters across all interest groups, this mod increases the appearance rate of females to about 90%(based on More Female Leaders by @Walrus). You can boost this rate to about 100% by passing more feminist laws.
This lightweight mod only changes the gender and removes the gender condition. All other decisions, etc., remain the same as in the vanilla game.
** 08.2024: Tested with version 1.7.5.
You can also grant Command/Leadership to females.
Removed gender condition for events like extramarital affair, syphilis, etc. Now it can be triggered on women too.
** 12.2024: Tested with version 1.8.6.
Paradox seems to have added an implicit gender check in the engine, preventing the "general" property from being granted to female leaders or agitators, even if this condition is removed from the mod.
Female generals can still be auto-generated, but the "grant command" button won’t work for existing female characters.
The good news is that leadership roles can still be granted to female characters.
