In the world were the Anime was on the top of all Civilization VI. There are no Unique Unit or powerful of Mali gold can buy these Lucky Star anime character as your waifu. They are good civilization to spin the head of Chiyukitalian and Sega Hard Girls players away from these Otaku Civilization.

Lucky Star Ability: Oha Lucky!

Gain +1 Food per district in one city. Extra +1 Diplomatic favor per turn.

Konata Izumi

A.k.a. Konata I the Great (when play as Tomoya or Segami)

Trait: Izumi Family

Declare Surprise War only. Can’t recuit any great person except prophet or build a Spaceport and Government Plaza. -30% of science and culture. Can’t trade with other civilization. No maintain to military unit, when you have small army, 200 toward military unit.

Agenda: Konakona

Never gives up items in a peace deal. Likes Civilization with lazy thing or Declare Surprise War. Dislikes with Civilization that hard work or make relationship with them. (especially when play as Chiyukitalian or Sega Hard Girls).

Kagami Hiiragi

Trait: Hiiragi Family (Kagami)

Receives +1 Science per district in one city. 100% strength for Science from killing unit. Half production toward campus and their building.

Agenda: Tsukkomi

Never to Declare War, Likes Civilization with hard work of science or production, Disagree on civilization with both poor science and production.

Tsukasa Hiiragi

Trait: Hiiragi Family (Tsukasa)

Receives +1 Faith per district in one city. Religion unit is 75% discount and +1 faith from trade with other civilization.

Agenda: Hi-chan

Want to befriend with all Civilization and Like every civilization except Denounce or war with her.

Miyuki Takara

Trait: Takara Family

Receives +1 Gold per district in one city, Land unit gain -30 Strength when in non friendly border.

Agenda: Yuki-Chan

Fearful to not ask her agenda against Lady Miki. Likes Peaceful Civilization. Dislikes a Civilization with violence.

Nanako Kuroi

Trait: Kuroi Family

Archaeological Museum hold twice slot of Artifacts. Archaeologists were ignore terrain cost and enter to other civilization’s territory without open border. Open Border or Alliance to other civilization will prove 1 Science.

Agenda: Nanakon

Want to open border with all civilization and will never backstab to anyone who open the border. Likes Civilization that open border to her or with alliance. Dislike Civilization never open border to her (or after 10 turn since last Open Border) and will upset when never have to open border each 5 turn.

Unit: Meito Fighter

Lucky Star unique Atomic Era unit that came before era, stronger, move faster and capable to invisible and can move after attack.

District: Luckyhood

Lucky Star unique district that similar Neighborhood and gain +1 Amenity from Entertainment, when plunder will get 50% less more than normal Neighborhood.

Additional Note:

– Comment: Be Positive and Try to Comment as well.
– If you play as Kagami and there are Tsukasa in the game. Tsukasa’s capital name will change to "Alt" to prevent from conflict naming with Kagami.
