The mod adds new scripted events when you take some settlements as some factions. Some of the events are for all 4 factions, while some of them are specific to some factions. The factions that are getting the bonuses are:
Khemri
Court of Lybaras
Exiles of Nehek
Followers of Nagash

There are 7 settlements events that is common for all 4 factions. Those are:
Zandri:
+1 canopic jars per character
+15 % Trade income
Khemri:
+10 % Tax rate
-15 % building construction time
Lybaras:
+2 exp. for artillery recruits
+2 untainted
Mahrak:
+10 % campaign movement range
+25 % ambush attack chance
+15 % ambush def chance
Numas:
+10 growth
+1 army limit
Rasetra:
+1 recruit rank for all units
+2 MA and MD for all units
Lahmia:
all factions except Arkhan the Black takes the bonuses of:
+8 public order
+12 leadership against VC
Arkhan gets:
+25 tech. research rate
+10 winds of magic start amount
+3 vampiric corruption conversion
Additionally, after taking all seven settlements as a TK faction, you will get the bonus of:
+10 % movement range
+5000 Gold
+1 agent cap

There are 3 events specific to Exiles of Nehek, 3 more for Followers of Nagash an 1 for Khemri
Exiles of Nehek:
Red desert:
5 % research rate
+10 winds of magic starting amount
-15 relation bonus for Dark Elves
-5 winds of magic for enemies
Fallen Gates:
+5 % research rate
-25 relation bonus for Dark Elves
-15 % building construction time
-10 % building construction cost
Ancient City of Quintex:
+1 untainted to the characters
+5 % research rate
+5 morale
-40 relation bonus for Dark Elves
For Arkhan:
Black Tower of Arkhan
+5% replenishment
+1 cap for heirotitan
+2 cap for hexwraiths
+4 cap for direwolves
+4 cap for fell bats
Misty Mountain:
+15 % research rate
-15 % miscast chance
+1 agent cap
Vulture Mountain:
+10% campaign movement range
+2000 Gold
Khemri:
After taking Zandri, Numas, Ka-sabar, Pools of Despair and Quatar, Setra will call some of the lesser tomb kings to fight for him.

Notes:
This mod -like all my other mods- buffs the nations that it gives events. Don’t worry, I’ll be making mods like this for every other playable faction and important minor faction in the game. You can check my status updates from my profile page.
If you lose a settlement, you will lose the bonus of it forever to the victorious TK faction. For example, Khemnri took Zandri early on and enjoying naval bonuses. If you can take the Zandri from them as Arkhan, Khemri will lose the bonus and you will gain it instead. Due to the limitations of the mod, Khemri can’t take the bonus back but that’s actually fine, because the city will perish after all those fight.
Some screenshots are missing because there are too many events. But they are all working I tested them.

Compatibility
Mod is compatible with everything. I recommend using shaky_rivers amazing mods but hand pick them. The settlement adding mods may make things a bit hard to solve.
