Submarines Expanded

ALARM!
This mod expands the game’s submarine content, adding new technology, a new port defence mechanic, and new combat unit types.

- 5 new technologies relating to submarines and naval warfare, which improve the performance of submarines and convoy raiding modifiers;
- Submarine raids on your ports, when your enemy has submarines in its navy;
- Port defences, when you have invented naval mines tech;
- Split the vanilla submarine unit into experimental submarines and motorised submarines (which requires combustion engines and self-propelled torpedoes to build).
- Events to sink an Ocean Liner (inspired by the U-20 sinking of the RMS Lusitania).
- Replaced base-game events and journals to reflect the addition of motorised submarines.
Upcoming update will include new events and graphics.

If you want to play this mod with Timber to Steel – Naval Expansion, you can subscribe to this compatibility patch on the workshop. Make sure you read the load order in the patch description. The patch integrates this mod into the naval system created by indexo4 (the author of TTS).
This mod is not yet optimised for multiplayer – playing multiplayer may encounter issues with the port defence journal. Other aspects will work fine.
