Changes the effects a Administrative Government gives without making it too OP (i hope)
levy_size = -0.5 (kept the same)
feudal_government_tax_contribution_mult = -0.5 (kept the same)
feudal_government_levy_contribution_mult = -0.75 (was -0.5)
clan_government_tax_contribution_mult = -0.5 (kept the same)
clan_government_levy_contribution_mult = -0.75 (was -0.5)
domain_limit = 1 (an administrative governor can hold more land than a feudal lord)
movement_speed = 0.2 (new) (army movement Speed – is a professional army – they were around 25% faster than feudal armies)
men_at_arms_cap =0 (was -2 -> removed) (amount of different MAA types you can have)
men_at_arms_limit = 0 (was -2 -> removed) (size of a MAA Regiment)
knight_limit = -5 (kept the same)
vassal_limit = 100 (kept the same)
active_accolades = -1 (kept the same)
title_creation_cost_mult = -0.5 (kept the same)
Also changes the Effects of increased Authority
