So, there’s a problem that if you restore the Roman Empire, plagues start endlessly popping up in your country, no matter what you choose, to stay Christian or convert to Hellenism. They even pop up when you set a zero plague gamerule. Basically, bubonic plague will never go away decreasing development of your provinces to zero
