Description:

Add a character interaction making Adventurers able to Recruit Local Wanderers. Each Duchy has a character pool.

• Add a counterpart character interaction mentioned above for Common Rulers, includes: Landed Ruler and Noble Family House Head.
• You can modify the cooldown of these two character interaction through game rules.
• Currently the AI doesn’t use them because hardly can Player aware of it since there are not many character interactions with AI adventurers. For the reason I have not done it.
