Yes, there are policy import mods that can help achieve the same thing. This is just a few less steps, as all you need to do is start the game and go.
This mod was developed for my personal play. So, all policies are set to how I like them. Suggestions for mod compatibility will be considered but changing the parameters of the policies will not.
