Voices of the Court 2.0 [2026]
Voices of the Court aims to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into the gameplay. It lets you hold real-time conversations with the characters and actually impact the game state to an extend.

Update 2.0 brings into VOTC new features:
– Providers presets, prompt presets.
– Messages regeneration and editing.
– Much more parsed ingame data: secrets, modifiers, stress, income, treasury and influence (for administrative rulers), herd (for nomads), primary title laws, troops of character, close family.
– Native support for multi-character conversation (MCC) with ability of intercharacter actions (e.g. NPC A may perform action towards NPC B)
– 71 possible dynamic scenes (which are based on you current location and could be changed during conversation) with 193 possible background texture.
– Letters system, with delivery dates, and manager to view their statuses.
– Prompt Builder and Preview, which allows you to flexibly customize prompts and view, what is actually sent to LLM.
– Council gatherings, which allow you to gather all your councilors in your capital for 3/6/12 months.
– MCC selector, which allows you to pick those pinned characters (or characters in your location), you want to speak with in multi-character conversation.
– Characters are now able to leave multi-character conversation, optimizing your token spendings.
– Actions approval system, which allows you to prevent unwanted actions from execution. Additionally you can use slash commands to execute actions manually now.

1. Disable all older versions of VOTC (original, Community Edition, etc.)
2. Disable all VOTC older versions submods.
3. Install application from here: https://discord.com/channels/1066522056243564585/1472670918881837284
4. Don’t forget to add the mod in bottom of your playset in launcher
5. Set path to your CK3 documents folder in app
6. Set up connection to your LLM provider (you need to obtain API key from your LLM API website, if needed)

Player2 includes a free amount of energy, which can be replenished daily using a spinner. You can also choose the AI model that best fits your needs. In general, more expensive models are smarter.
