In 1.13.2 version, Paradox had merged this mod expect AI will not use influence on players to force join. You can still use this mod if you do not want to be forced to join factions.

This mod is a rebalance of the AI’s use of influence to force join faction. AI that has been forced to join a faction will not continue to use influence to get others to join. AI will not use influence on players to force join.
