Simple Conqueror
Grants a decision only to the player to be a Conqueror or not for Crusader Kings III 1.18.2
Added game rule to add cost to decision and type. The Type is either simple just get the trait or normal get it through a game event which has additional events like in the base game.
Added a Desision to become Scourge of the Gods. which will be free or cost depending on the game rules.
