Description:

游戏开始后，也可随时修改游戏规则

兼容性：修改了gui/game_rules.gui
与更多规则mod不冲突，比如：More Game Rules

注意：
游戏规则不是所有选项都能在游戏后修改，可以把他们分为两类：
1.开局执行类：仅在开局时执行一次，游戏中修改无效。
比如某些国家开局是否是行政制。
2.实时执行类：游戏中随时随刻执行，游戏中修改有效。
比如文化转变速度、信仰转变速度。

入口：
按esc打开设置菜单，底部有游戏规则选项。

After the game starts, you can also modify the game rules at any time.
