More Baltic Provinces

This Mod adds 26 provinces to the Baltic Region, covering Prussia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. I have tried to be as historically accurate when naming the provinces and cities, of course i am always open to people from the region informing me on inaccuracies in the mod, so that i can change them.

I have also made it so that all the provinces and cites in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia have German names, when controlled by a nation with a Germanic primary culture. I have tried to be as historically accurate as possible with these, if you think there are better names for any of them, then please tell me.

YES, i am fully aware that this make nations in the Baltic region overpowered, especially Prussia. The development of the Baltic region has been increased X1.4, making the nations there a little stronger, but kept in line with my other region mods.

I have not changed any of the missions of any nations, as this mod does not break any missions, in a few cases not giving all the cores it should, or not requiring conquest of some new provinces to complete a mission, but this is minor.

This mod is not compatible with any mods which add new provinces or change the Baltic region, as well as not being compatible with my other region mods, if you want to use all my region mods in a single playthrough then i made the "More European Provinces" mod, for that exact reason, (Having trouble updating the main mod so may take a while).

If there are any bugs or glitches that you think are associated with the mod, please let me now, so i can fix them. Also there is no localisation in any other language as i only speak English (Sorry).
