Thrumboian Race
Adds a Thrumbo like species and Thrumboian tribe faction into the game.
Added a couple of weapons to the mod as well
Thrumboian horn scythe
Thrumboian horn sickle
Thrumboian horn axe
Also added Thrumboian horn effect when vanilla framework is active
Horns can now be harvested and should grow back within 5 days.

Now CE compatible
deiced to update it since there isn’t a patch/update yet. so enjoy.
