Updates

13.05.2026

  • Please ensure the installed mod is up-to-date, as it may not be auto-updated sometimes.
  • Updated for 1.13. Note that this mod no longer supports version below 1.13.
  • Optimized scripts and reworked some processes.
  • Improved some text description.
  • Fixed a bug that caused incorrect calculation of number of Power Plants.
  • New feature: auto-build Government Administration.

Overview
  • Expand the selected supply chains in the most profitable way while also taking both economy of scale and balanced development into account.
  • Auto-build more construction sectors if the budget allows.
  • Auto-build more government administration.
  • Auto-build new railways and power plants in suitable states gradually.
  • One-click plan local supply chains in suitable states.
  • Calculate the suitable construction number to avoid too short/long construction queue.
  • Multiple configuration options.

Expand Existing Buildings Of Selected Supply Chains
  • Semi-Auto Builder (SAB) can expand the selected supply chains efficiently. It can be enabled for different supply chains separately.
  • Suitable Number of Constructions (SNC) is calculated to prevent a too short/long queue.
  • Buildings are expanded in order based on SNC and Weighted Profitability (WP) .
  • Multiple levels of the same building can be added to the queue at once.
  • Buildings are categorized into different supply chains, e.g., chemicals supply chain includes buildings that produce iron, sulfur, wood, dye, paper, fertilizer and explosives.
  • The building types of a supply chain might change as technology develops.
  • For the detailed flowcharts and calculation, refer to image 1 to 11.

Auto-Build Construction Sectors
  • Auto-build more construction sectors when the budget and investment pool income allow.
  • States that are populated, have higher construction efficiency and suitable resources will be prioritized.

Auto-Build Government Administration
  • Auto-build more Government Administrations when certain conditions are met. All conditions are customizable.

Auto-Plan New Railways And Power Plants
  • SAB will build new railways and power plants gradually in states that meet certain conditions.
  • The constructions will start in the most suitable states.
  • SAB can expand railways and power plants that meet certain conditions efficiently.
  • The expanding will try to keep the local price of transportation/electricity close to but slightly higher than their base prices, or try to provide enough infrastructure.
  • If no Max Added Levels were set, the required added levels will always be added to the construction queue at once.
  • The calculation of added levels doesn’t rely on PMs and the result will still be accurate if the output of railway and power plants are modified by mods.

One-Click Industrial Planning
  • One-click plan a suitable supply chain in a state. SAB will try to build the required buildings of a supply chain that the state hasn’t have yet.
  • Two main categories: consumer & industrial, with distinct logic, multiple sub-categories, covering most buildings.
  • Planning based on optimal long-term development rather than current profit.
  • Focus 1: Maximize MAPI utilization based on local resource potential.
  • Focus 2: Efficient utilization of arable land and economics of scale, preventing fragmented industries (especially arable land buildings).
  • Focus 3: Balanced industrial proportions.

Configuration Options
  • Various configuration options like labor limits, incorporated states only, etc.

How to use
  1. Subscribe the mod.

  • No vanilla files were overwritten, so it should be compatible with most mods.
  • Only works on vanilla building types.

  • English, Chinese.
    Other languages use English text.
