1920s Constructivist Estate
This mod proposes a series of workers’ apartments from the so-called Dubrovka estate, a small district in Eastern Moscow developed around 1926-27, one of the earliest large scale modern housing projects of the city, that I’m aware of.
Fairly cheap, decent quality (85pc), capacities ranging from 60 to 138 adults. Self-heating enabled, Q/E enabled.
Due to the usual footprint constraints, not all doors get their own pedestrian connection.
A few skin variants will be available.
NB: most of the size of the mod is due to the uncompressed bump map texture. If you want to reduce the memory usage, you can get rid of the file and save about 40pc disk space. It would also require to replace every 4th line in the .mtl files with ‘$TEXTURE 2 blankbump.dds’.
