Fixed Pure Judas taking damage from friendly maw of the void, familiar attacks and other friendly fire types

As everyone wanted it to be a singular mod i did that as well as adding some balance changes and stuff. To see these changes check patchnotes of the mod near its icon. Separate characters will still exist for history and as a time capsules without new changes.

While tainted characters center around exaggerating and/or corrupting a negative trait of a character, pure characters are quite opposite of this. Pure characters take that trait and reverse it to be more positive.
Mod currently adds 4 new characters with their unique active items, but more will be added later.
