Actual Day-/Night times
The US is currently in daylight saving time again, remove any winter timezones mod you may have.
—
This mod changes the day/night cycle to real world times. This affects the time the sun will rise or set.
It works by changing the defined day from midsummer to the Wednesday of the current week. So in winter you will have long nights and short days, and in summer the reverse.
I will try to keep it updated every weekend.
This only changes the time the sun rises and sets: I cannot change anything else like adding snow in winter.
Should be compatible* with every other mod, just make sure to place this one above (higher priority than) any graphics, map, or weather mods.
As long as the mod places roads and cities where they are supposed to be on the map sun times will be automatically correctly applied for where you’re driving.

Please note that the game is on permanent daylight saving/summertime, even in winter.
I recommend playing with timezones disabled while summertime is not active OR use this mod to change the default to winter time: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2890044398

Original idea by Viss Valdyr.
STATIC VARIANTS:
* Longest day (summer solstice) / ~14 ½ hour day: don’t use a mod, that’s what the game uses by default.
* Shortest day (winter solstice) / ~10 hour day: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1261282201
* Equal day/night (vernal equinox) / ~12 hour day: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1261314345
Use only one day mod, so either this dynamic mod or one of the static ones.
