Warring States: Roman Civil War. 7 new Roman factions. Auxilliary system!
Traitor Stilicho deposed the Western Roman Emperor and exiled him to Caralis. He tried to make himself emperor, but other governors followed suit and formed their own entity. Western Roman Empire is now in a civil war. Play as one of the separated Roman factions.
Each faction of their respective region is unique. Roman Africa gets to recruit African legionaries, Roman Gaul gets Gallic legions, Roman Iberia gets Iberian Legions, etc.
Their roster is virtually limitless thanks to the AUXILLIARY system. Each new Roman faction is able to levy auxilliary units based on their region.
Auxilliary system covers the whole map (excluding Britain due to DLC). Hunnic units are available at the far east.
Roman factions will spam mostly sword infantries compared to boring Comitatensis Spears.
