Republican Empire
lowered the requirements for Dictatorship government a little and allowed republican (senate) features.
For Empire government form lowered the city requirements to 200 cities.
The length of term for each office with certain term laws is 50 years or life of the character. I wanted the republican senate dynamics with the empire so you can still groom your next Emperor is not a monarchy.
