Description:

Rebalances some of the weaker starting loadouts for Heroes & Leaders and adds additional starting loadouts

Starting loadouts for melee weapons that do not get a mount now start with Leather Armor. Includes the Bladed Mace, Cestus, Flaming Greatclub, Glaive, Greataxe, Greathammer, Greatsword, Halberd & Spear starting loadouts

Starting loadouts for ranged physical weapons that do not get a mount now start with Greaves. Includes the Magelock starting loadout

Starting loadouts for basic staves (Staff of Blight/Fire/Frost/Lightning/Shock) now start with a Crown
