Description:
The Elevation Dice mod introduces a new active item to The Binding of Isaac: Repentance. Roll the dice and receive a random damage multiplier buff for the room. The higher the roll, the better the effect, adding an element of chance and strategy to your runs.

Features:
– Active Item: Roll the dice to receive a random damage multiplier buff.
