这个MOD重做游戏了科研与教育部分,现在:

每个超出或者未使用的创新力将提供0.05的威望;0.5(权威力,影响力,商船);-5点污染。这个改动是为了让大学在研究所有科技后不会完全贬值。

100%的识字率提供:150点创新力投入上限,50点创新力。20%的(权威力,影响力,商船)修正;30%的军队攻击和防御;50%的立法时间减少

大学:拥有任意一个学校法律才可以建造,不能拥有异议非法(没有学术的民主和思想的自由,科学就不能繁荣。),降低了大学的创新力产出。(PS:对于落后国家来说,你现在不能造随心所欲建造大学,可能会影响游戏体验)

增加了3个建筑

学校:由“学术界”科技解锁,侧重于提供识字率,科技传播点数;少量的资质,创新力点数,生产方式由学校法律和儿童法律决定。(落后国家请不要担心,还是有翻盘的希望)

科研中心:由“学术界”科技解锁,拥有任意一个学校法律才可以建造,不能拥有传统主义经济法律,生产方式与教会法律挂钩,提供创新力上限。请注意,对于每个省份,该建筑每级会增加20%的雇佣人口,你应该分散建设,
这个改动是为了削弱大国,防止其科技突飞猛进。

This MOD overhauls the research and education aspects of the game. Now:

Each excess or unused point of innovation provides 0.05 prestige; 0.5 (authority, influence, trade ships); and -5 pollution. This change ensures that universities don’t lose all value after researching every technology.

100% literacy rate provides: 100 innovation investment cap, 50 innovation points, 20% (authority, influence, trade ship) modifier, 30% military attack and defense, and 50% reduced legislative time.

Universities: Can only be constructed with any school law in place. They cannot coexist with illegal dissent (without academic democracy and freedom of thought, science cannot flourish). Innovation output from universities has been reduced. (Note: For underdeveloped countries, you can no longer build universities at will, which might impact your gameplay experience.)

Three new buildings have been added:

Schools: Unlocked by the Academia technology, focusing on providing literacy rate improvements and technology spread points. They also offer a small amount of qualification and innovation points. Their production methods are determined by school laws and child labor laws. (Underdeveloped countries, don’t worry, there’s still hope for a comeback!)

Research Centers: Unlocked by the Academia technology. Can only be constructed with any school law in place and cannot coexist with traditionalist economic laws. Their production methods are tied to church laws and they increase the innovation cap. Note: Each level of this building increases employed population by 20% per province. You should distribute them strategically. This change aims to weaken large nations and prevent them from advancing technologically too quickly.

Military Academies: Can only be constructed with any school law in place. They provide military attack and defense bonuses, barracks and naval base caps, and training rate bonuses. You should build them in provinces with a high number of barracks.

This mod doesn’t drastically alter the original game and only conflicts with other mods that modify universities.

All languages of the game ontology are supported, but AI translation is based on Chinese, which may not be accurate
