[YH]Misc – Training Outpost
This is a Vanilla Outposts Expanded’s accessory mod, adds a outpost for training pawns’ skills.
This is a very simple expanded, you just need to put the trained colonists into the outpost, nothing else.
You can choose different training skills for each outpost, but only one skill can be trained per outpost.
The xp that colonists gain is affected by their own learning rate (such as passions and daily xp limit), but you can enable "Ignore pawn’s learning Rate" in the Settings.
By default, each person gains 4000 skill xp per day (this is the daily xp limit for a single skill), which can be adjusted in the Settings up to 50000. If it exceeds 4000, it is recommended to enable "Ignore pawn’s Learning Rate". Otherwise, the experience gained will be significantly less than the set value. Because the learning rate of the pawn will be multiplied by 20% after the daily experience limit is exceeded.
There is a maximum training level limit by default, and the maximum training level limit is 12 by default, which can be adjusted in the Settings, up to 20. If you install a mod that removes skill level limits, you can turn off the maximum training level limits in your Settings.
