Description:

Gives large debuffs for empires based on their size so you can’t take over the entire map as easily. This is for realism and to encourage buffer states.

There are 9 debuff levels

Debuff 1 (realm size 240+)

• Levy Size -10%
• Lev Reinforcement Rate -10%
• Vassal Opinion -20
• Courtier Opinion -10
• Independent Ruler Opinion -5
• Monthly Income -10%

Debuff 2 (realm size 340+)

• Levy Size -15%
• Lev Reinforcement Rate -15%
• Vassal Opinion -40
• Courtier Opinion -20
• Independent Ruler Opinion -5
• Monthly Income -15%

Debuff 5 (realm size 640+)

• Levy Size -30%
• Lev Reinforcement Rate -30%
• Vassal Opinion -100
• Courtier Opinion -50
• Independent Ruler Opinion -20
• County Opinion -20
• Monthly Income -30%
• Monthly Development Growth -15%
• Stewardship -5
• Men-at-arms Maintenance Cost +10%
• Health -0.1
• Stress Gain +10%
