Adds Beta Maps & Parcels

Visuals are not done, has simple detail
Gameplay Cover is complete
Once visuals are done, it will be removed here & added either one of following:

Feel free comment it, some may be unfixable due mod conflicts
but i’ll try be as bugfree possible
