WOTC port of Yard’s HK416 Assault Rifle, but better: instead of being only Conventional and forcing you do tweak the .ini everytime you upgrade your weaponry, this mod has support for all three tiers and fully customizable range tables, cost, damage and upgrade slots. Default range and damage tables are Assault Rifle’s.

Everything can be tweaked in workshop/content/268500/1531277202/Config/XComCV_WOTC_HK416.ini
