Create Custom Duchy+
–WHAT’S NEW?–
Added game rule to limit the lowest level of title you can make a custom title out of (i.e you can limit it so you can only make kingdom level titles and higher)
–WHAT THIS MOD DOES–
Allows you to create a custom duchy, as you can with kingdoms and empires. Your primary county title will recieve the duchy capital building upon creaiton.
Added Game Rules:
– Allow the AI to create custom titles or not
– Change the cost of the custom title creation decisions (0.25x, 0.5x, 2x, 3x, 4x)
– Change the amount of counties required to create a custom duchy (1 – 5)
– Limit the lowest level of a title you can make a custom title out of
