Show ability cooldown
Shows the ability full cooldown time instead of turns remaining to be available again, which is redundant to the number appearing below the ability icon.
WARNING: As any XCOM 2 mods do, saving a game with a mod enabled will cause the save game only work if and only if the mod is enabled, since this is a UI mod there shouldn’t be missing content after disabling the mod so for now you’ll have to use this mod to fix it if you decide to disable the mod http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=619141883

Compatibility Note:
This mod overwrites UITacticalHUD_AbilityTooltip and may not be compatible with other mods that overwrites the same class. (Why not UIScreenListener? Because screen listener can only refresh once for onfocus, and mouseover an ability does not create any game states, so there’s no reliable way to update the tooltip in real time)
