Marvel Heroes Venom Voicepack
Venom is a symbiosis between a Human and alien Klyntar (more known as The Symbiote), which happened because both have same goal – destorying the Advent. Even if they have a bit different methods to doing it – man just wants to shot them, symbiote would prefer to eat them.

WotC not required, but full support for heroes granted
AFAIK there’s no Venom costume for Xcom, so to keep him the most in-character I’d suggest making him look like an alien – like using one of the Alien Hunter make-ups, or downloading some Alien-mod. Or just slap a helmet over his head.
To keep mods organized, I suggest using Alternative Mod Launcher[github.com].
